It was a calm shop by the sea, and I felt at home the moment I walked in. The owner was very friendly and happily accommodated even my small requests, which was delightful. The Kansai-style okonomiyaki was fluffy with plenty of yam, and when I took a bite, a gentle sweetness spread in my mouth. The Hiroshima-style one, loaded with seafood, had chewy noodles, and combined with the richness of cheese, I couldn't stop eating. Additionally, the sides like fried chicken and yakisoba were also substantial, and the aroma of fried bits with back fat greatly stimulated my appetite. There were three types of special sauce, and finishing with the super spicy one provided a satisfying kick that made me break a sweat.
