This is a cozy, smaller shop with a counter and table seating, where the warmth of wood is pleasant. You can see the chicken being grilled in front of the counter, and the aroma already whets your appetite. The salt spare ribs are slowly grilled, with just the right amount of saltiness and a rich flavor that comes out the more you chew. The okonomiyaki has crisp vegetables, making for a fun texture, and it is very delicious. The ginkgo nuts have a soft texture that makes you want to reach for more. In addition to sake and beer, there is also a selection of wine and cocktails, allowing for enjoyable pairings.
