In a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, you can relax even if you are alone. I ordered the grilled mackerel set meal, and the skin is fragrant and crispy, while the flesh is fluffy, tender, and flavorful. When served with grated daikon and ginger, the well-balanced taste of the fat is further enhanced. The miso soup has a strong aroma of dashi, and the gentle flavors of seaweed and tofu are delightful. The small side dishes and pickles are also carefully prepared, and the crunchy texture of the cucumber is enjoyable, making it easy to keep eating without getting bored. Although there is a bit of a wait for the food to be served, once seated, they quickly bring out cold oolong tea, allowing you to calmly wait for the freshly made dishes.
