The warm chawanmushi that came out first was full of dashi aroma and had a pleasantly smooth texture. Next, the sushi that was served was beautifully colorful, and the toppings were impressive and exciting. There were flounder, shrimp, kelp with roe, medium fatty tuna, squid, clam, eel, sea urchin, and salmon roe, all of which provided a sense of satisfaction. The squid sashimi was crunchy, and the red squid tentacles we received as a service were unforgettable in taste. The simmered red snapper was particularly impressive and made me want to order it. At the counter, the staff were friendly and engaging, and I could also enjoy fish with seasonal fat.

Sitting at the counter, you can enjoy while listening to the recommendations of the chef. When you let them choose for you, each piece is well-prepared and delicious. The shrimp and fatty tuna are particularly impressive, with flavors that spread out. The squid sashimi has a crunchy texture that brings a smile to your face. You can also savor the kelp with roe and chawanmushi, which adds to the satisfaction. Since I made a reservation, I was able to enjoy it comfortably even in a crowded setting.
