The funazushi is excellent. The proprietress of the restaurant was very kind and reservations were smooth. The kaiseki dishes were delicious, especially the funazushi, which tasted completely different from the ones you can buy outside. The skin of the fish has more flavor as you chew it, and the roe is also very flavorful without any crumbles. The male funazushi had red rice in it, which gave it a nice texture. I would recommend this to my father who also likes funazushi.
