The freshly boiled noodles are springy, and from the first bite, my mood lifts. Fujinomiya yakisoba has a wonderful aroma of fish powder, is rich in flavor, and is satisfying. The light version with plenty of onions and green onions is also good, as it doesn't feel heavy after the meal. Squeezing a lemon adds a refreshing touch, keeping it interesting until the end. It is quick to prepare, making it reliable even when in a hurry. The staff's response is polite, allowing for a pleasant experience.
