Uridonne Makgukseu Gukbap offers a variety of makgukseu and noodles. The miso-based flavor is rich and delicious, and the portions are generous. The soup, in particular, is delicious, and I'm thinking of trying the makgukseu next time. The signature dish, Hanwoo Shiregi Gukbap, is also recommended, with a subtle sweetness and a rich flavor from the Hanwoo broth. The staff is friendly, and the service is good.
