I am happy to find such a comfortable shop in Nanshinmachi. The interior has a pleasant atmosphere, and there is a playful spirit in the dishes and their presentation. The eggplant-shaped dish elegantly holds abalone, fava beans, and simmered eggplant, which is truly impressive. Each plate is crafted with care, and the presentation is beautifully finished. The grilled eel has a crispy skin and a light texture, with a pleasant aroma of flower pepper. The salmon and mackerel are also rich in flavor, and the service is friendly, making for an enjoyable experience.
