I came to eat soba noodles here on the recommendation of a person in my office. I had heard that the restaurant was very spacious, I thought I would be able to get in right away, so I came and... I guess it was a weekend, but... We waited for an hour and a half before we were finally seated... It was more crowded than I had imagined. The soba noodles are light type. There was a set with a bowl of rice, and I had a bowl of rice topped with a bowl of tempura with kisses and a bowl of rice topped with baby sardines. I personally preferred the Shirasu-don. Sobayu is a thick type of Soba water, which is also my favorite ♡.
