[Daizen Soba Restaurant] I visited Daizen near the approach to Zenkoji Temple in Nagano at the beginning of the year. The tempura is light and quite good. I like this simple kakiage (deep fried tempura with only onion and carrot). As for the soba noodles... Togakushi soba is good after all. Is it any wonder 😁. I don't like the hot soba, especially because it has lost its firmness, and the sauce has a strong soy sauce taste. What surprised me was the fried buckwheat noodles! It is very good as a snack. The texture is like a glutinous dumpling and the salty taste makes me want to eat it all the time. I want to make it at home.
