It's close to the station and has a casual atmosphere that's easy to enter. The space is small, centered around a counter, and the teppan (griddle) is very clean. The staff carefully cooks each piece, and the fluffy, melting texture is irresistible. The modern-yaki with beef tendon is the best, as the flavor of the pork and the aroma of the bonito broth go very well together. There are also okonomiyaki, negiyaki, and sobameshi, allowing you to choose ingredients based on your mood for the day. While enjoying the aroma on the hot teppan, I felt comforted by the nostalgic taste.
