✏️拉麺帮Men Burai〗〖Midori Ward, Nagoya City〗. ------------------------ The other day, I went to a new restaurant I've been wanting to go to for a long time. I went to a new restaurant I've always wanted to visit ‼️ This ramen shop opened on 06/13/2019 and is a sister store of Chicken Banchou. The owner and the chick manager are working hard together 🐣. We got there around 12:00 and waited for about an hour💦. I was so hungry that I was about to die and wondered if I wanted to have a consecutive meal in the restaurant ὂ. I refrained 😶. I was so hungry that I was dying! I was so hungry that I was dying. 🍀Soy sauce on top of everything (💴1100) 🍀Duck chazuke (💴380) Instead of having consecutive servings, I decided to have all on top & finish the meal 😍. The soup is a combination of an animal broth made mainly from Cochin whole chicken and Japanese traditional soup stock, a fluffy seafood broth with no stinginess, and a sauce made from re-finished soy sauce, topped with duck oil and chicken oil. The aroma is very rich, and the umami sweetness increases as it progresses to the bottom of the bowl. The noodles are made of homemade noodles with roasted whole wheat flour and made mainly from kinuakari wheat, and each time you sip, the fat and the broth are mixed together, You will never get tired of the changes. Stir the soup well and add a generous portion to the duck chazuke that I had ordered to finish off the meal 🌸. The surface of the duck meat is grilled to make it aromatic and moist, and the crunchy green onions and The soup is a good mix of crispy green onions, and knots. It was sweet and refreshing and a great way to end the meal ✨.
