The view from the upper floors is wonderful, offering a panoramic view of Nagoya's cityscape. The atmosphere is calm, making it perfect for special occasion dining. The staff communicated the background of the dishes and the ingredients in an easy-to-understand manner, and I felt the service was very warm. The course that incorporates the essence of Basque cuisine features changes in aroma and texture with each dish, and everything is delicious. The flow from pintxos to seafood, meat dishes, and the final rice dish is smooth, allowing you to enjoy the aftertaste as well. The wine suggestions are also spot on, enhancing the pairing with the food.
