The owner is gentle, making it easy to feel at ease even for first-time visitors. The sashimi and nigiri are all fresh, with the delicate preparation of the squid and the sea bream enhanced by kelp, leaving a strong impression. The ingredients taken from the wooden box are arranged one by one in front of you, and the rice is small and easy to eat. It also comes with salad, homemade pickles, and clam miso soup, allowing for a smooth and enjoyable experience. The seasonal appetizers and desserts are beautiful, with even a dish that evokes the feeling of cherry blossoms, satisfying both the eyes and the palate.
