I was curious because there was a line, so I stopped by and was relieved to find a comfortable seat inside. The first dish I ordered, the wild boar skewer, released a wonderful aroma when sprinkled with Sichuan pepper, and I was impressed by the rich sweetness of the fat. Next came the wild boar soup, with a soy sauce-based broth that seeped into my body, and the tender meat melted in my mouth. The large grilled shiitake mushrooms were also juicy, filling my mouth with flavor. The deer skewer was mild and easy to eat, allowing me to enjoy a different umami compared to the boar. The dishes were served quickly, allowing for a good pace to savor them, making it a restaurant where even beginners to game meat can enjoy with peace of mind.
