The pale soba noodles are smooth and light in flavor. The aroma of the broth is pleasant, and the dipping sauce is neither too sweet nor too salty, just right. The combination of katsudon and soba pairs well, making for a hearty meal. The pork bowl features meat of just the right thickness, with a spicy flavor that adds a nice accent. The service is also smooth. The fluffy and creamy egg dish and the warm tanuki soba were comforting in taste.
