It is a hidden gem located deep in a residential area, with a calm atmosphere. The staff welcomed us warmly, and we were able to relax in a seat with a view of the courtyard. The sushi and rolls were crafted with care, and I was particularly impressed by the preparation of the shrimp. The handmade soba had a wonderful aroma, and the umami of the bonito in the dipping sauce was also distinctly noticeable. The rhythm of the service was exquisite, allowing us to enjoy the meal comfortably until the end. The fruit served after the meal was a delightful touch, making it a place I would want to recommend to others.
