The atmosphere is calm, allowing for a relaxed experience. The soba is made from locally sourced buckwheat flour from Tsukuba, which is reassuring as it is domestically produced. The tempura is crispy and can be enjoyed alongside the soba. Sitting at the counter, you can watch the skilled craftsmanship of the sushi being prepared right in front of you, which is exciting. The negitoro donburi is very fresh, and the creamy texture is irresistible. It's also delightful that you can enjoy soba along with rice bowls and sushi.
