This is a cozy specialty shop for yakisoba, featuring a calm space filled with the warmth of wood. There are counters and tables, and the entire place is clean and very comfortable to spend time in. The carefully boiled fresh noodles are chewy, and the soy sauce-flavored sauce whets the appetite. The umami of the offal mixes with the sauce, creating a deliciousness that lingers. Changing the flavor with dashi vinegar or mustard mayonnaise leads to new discoveries, keeping it interesting until the end. The friendly service from the cheerful female manager was pleasant, allowing for a relaxing break even during a motorcycle tour.
