The interior of the old traditional house is well-maintained and provides a comfortable atmosphere. There is also a space with an irori (a traditional Japanese hearth), creating a lovely, calm ambiance. The handmade soba noodles have a firm texture and are flavorful even on their own. The dipping sauce has a rich bonito aroma that pairs well with the flavor of the mountain vegetables. The tempura is lightly coated and crispy, and it tastes even better when enjoyed with salt. Including the surrounding rural scenery, it felt like a little hidden gem and was a delightful experience.
