Located in a quiet area on the outskirts, the interior has both tables and traditional Japanese seating, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere. The soba is firm and chilled with cold water, and its flavor intensifies with each bite. The dipping sauce has a well-balanced taste, and when combined with the condiments, the aroma spreads pleasantly. The kenchin soup is filled with plenty of daikon, and the flavor of the carrots is not overpowering, allowing the taste of the ingredients to shine through. The maitake mushroom mixed rice has a wonderful aroma, with various ingredients that infuse flavor into the rice. The soba broth served after the meal is rich, allowing you to enjoy the lingering taste of the soba until the end.
