Founded in Ginza, Tokyo in 1949, this Chinese restaurant focuses on Peking cuisine. You can taste the traditional gyoza in Nagoya as well. The famous jumbo yaki-gyoza is approximately 12 cm in length, and its elastic skin envelops vegetables directly from the production area and juicy red bean paste. The traditional taste of the gyoza is created by paying close attention to the quality of the ingredients and the degree of grilling. The dumplings do not contain chives or garlic, and are very popular among women and take-out after work. In addition to gyoza, the restaurant offers a wide variety of Chinese dishes, allowing customers to enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine.
