The dishes are carefully prepared one by one, allowing you to relax while waiting for them to be ready. The plates are full of vegetables, and although they are simple, they are satisfying with a rich flavor. The fluffy and chewy brown rice is particularly impressive, allowing you to appreciate the benefits of aged brown rice. The salt from Christmas Island enhances the umami of the ingredients.
