I casually entered a shop where I could also park my car along the intersection. The spacious interior has tables and raised seating, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Not only soba and udon, but also kishimen, hot pots, and rice bowls are surprisingly abundant in variety, making it fun to choose. On this day, I ordered a combination of tanuki soba and a mini katsu don, and I was very satisfied as it even came with salad and pickles. The soba dipping sauce had a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness, and the homemade tempura scraps, naruto, and spinach added a nice accent. I slurped the smooth noodles heartily and enjoyed my meal pleasantly until the end.
