It is conveniently located in the basement of the Kintetsu department store. You can see the craftsmen at work, and the aroma stimulates your appetite. The dash-maki (rolled omelette) has a strong flavor of dashi and a moderate sweetness, making it perfect as a side dish for meals. When combined with grated daikon and soy sauce, the flavor expands even further. The gyu-meshi (beef rice) contains beef, onions, shirataki noodles, and burdock, and the balance of ingredients is satisfying, while the pickled ginger adds a refreshing touch. It tastes good even when cold, so it's safe to take home.
