The atmosphere is homely, and you immediately feel comfortable as soon as you take a seat. The owner manages everything alone, so there might be a bit of a wait during busy times, but you can tell that the food is made with care. The recommendations on the wall and the whiteboard are easy to read, making it fun to choose what to order. The chicken liver sashimi is served with fragrant sesame oil, and the rich flavor spreads in your mouth. The grilled chicken omakase is perfectly seasoned with salt, and the owner asks about the doneness of the liver, which has no unpleasant smell, making for a very satisfying experience. The regular customers are friendly, and while nibbling on the vinegared chicken skin and appetizers, conversations naturally flow in this establishment.
