The interior of the renovated traditional house is a perfect blend of nostalgia and modernity, making it extremely comfortable. There are various types of seating, such as counters and tatami rooms, and they were flexible in accommodating us according to the number of people. The fragrant 2:8 soba has a smooth texture, and combined with the sharpness of the dipping sauce, it makes you want to eat faster. The tempura, which is crispy, features plump shrimp, and the vegetables have a light batter that enhances their natural sweetness. The strawberry dessert we had after the meal highlighted the freshness of the locally sourced fruit, making our hearts feel sweet as well. Thanks to the attentive and warm service, we were able to spend a relaxing time and felt happy.
