The atmosphere is calm and warm, rooted in the local community. Even when it's crowded, it's easy to find a seat, and the timing of the food being served is pleasant. The smooth, thin udon noodles have a great texture, and the broth has a balance of sweetness and saltiness that is better than it looks. The shrimp tempura has a crispy, fragrant batter, and the shrimp inside is firm, providing a satisfying experience. Combining it with wasabi, green onions, and seaweed, or breaking an egg yolk and mixing it in, greatly enhances the flavor. The signature mixed rice is also infused with the deliciousness of the ingredients, and eating it together with the udon brings joy.
