After checking in at the entrance and going up the stairs, the color of the sea spread out from the large window, lifting my spirits. I had to wait a little before being seated, but the beautiful scenery made the wait feel quick. The signature dish, the sea bream rice bowl, was piled high with glossy slices, and when I drizzled the special sauce over it, the aroma was irresistible. Biting into the plump sea bream, I could really taste the umami, and the fluffy egg and seaweed provided a nice accent. The grilled collar and fried dishes were surprisingly juicy, and I was delighted to experience the charm of various fish all at once. The friendly staff's greetings and the warm atmosphere further deepened my travel memories.
