The first floor has a standing counter for drinking, while the second floor has table seating, making it very convenient. The style of placing money in a basket to place an order is easy to understand. The downtown highball is slightly sweet, and the yellow accent is interesting. The sashimi is delivered from the second floor, and I was satisfied to taste the difference in the fat of the yellowtail. The grilled pork intestines and white intestines release umami the more you chew, making it a great accompaniment to drinks. To finish, I ordered crispy chicken skin with ponzu, and the combination with green onions was excellent, leaving me feeling happy.
