A calm cafe located near Kyusan University, where you can easily drop by. The pancakes with ricotta cheese are moist and soft, and the salty taste of the butter pairs well with the gentle sweetness. When drizzled with maple syrup, the aroma spreads, creating an even more delightful flavor. The shape is rustic and charming, bringing warmth just from its appearance. The drinks are self-serve, allowing you to enjoy coffee, tea, or juice according to your mood. Basque cheesecake, strawberry tart, and peach tart are also available for takeout, and I was able to relax in the cozy interior.
