I enjoyed warm nyumen, and the aroma of the broth spread gently, making me feel relaxed. The noodles have just the right firmness, allowing me to enjoy them smoothly until the end. The chilled somen is refreshing and easy to eat. The persimmon leaf sushi has a wonderful fragrance, and I feel it pairs perfectly with the meal. The interior of the restaurant is a calm space where you can relax comfortably. The gentle voices of the staff also made for a pleasant dining experience.
