[Extra thick fin slice (medium) I saw the construction site before and wondered, "Will there be a beauty parlor or a cake shop?" I had never expected it to be a tonkatsu shop. I didn't think it would be a tonkatsu shop with a stylish exterior. Of course, I prefer miso sauce. Sesame seeds in a mortar appeared on the plate. The sesame seeds are prepared on the spot, so you can smell the aroma of the sesame seeds and adjust the coarseness of the sesame seeds to your liking. I dove into the miso and took a bite. My first comment was, "This is so tender! It's so soft you wouldn't believe it was a fin. This is the first time I have ever eaten tonkatsu and thought it was soft and fluffy. The name of the restaurant is true. It's so delicious! The restaurant offers free refills of rice, miso soup, cabbage, and pickles, a system that allows you to eat as long as you like. There is also a counter, so it is easy to come in even if you are alone. I must visit again.
