Today we visited an Italian restaurant with a nice atmosphere in Ishikawa Prefecture for lunch. When I sat down, I ordered the "tomato cream pasta with Kabako crab" as it was the restaurant's recommended pasta dish. After a short wait, the dish arrived. The dish looked gorgeous with the crab shell used as a garnish. The flavor of the crab was very good, and the tomato cream was infused with the flavor of the crab. The pasta at this restaurant is fresh pasta, and it was very chewy and satisfying.
