Sitting at the counter where the wood-fired oven is visible, the aroma of the baking dough wafts through the air, creating a sense of excitement. The pizza topped with seasonal Miura vegetables and seafood is rich in both color and flavor, allowing you to taste the sweetness of the ingredients with every bite. The refreshing tomato sauce pairs well with the dough, leaving a light aftertaste. I was delighted that the staff suggested swapping out ingredients, allowing me to enjoy my own unique combination. I also ordered marinated octopus and a gently flavored ratatouille, which made my drinks flow easily. The warm atmosphere, where families and locals gather with smiles, made it so comfortable that I found myself wanting to order another pizza before I knew it.
