It's conveniently located near the station, making it easy to find, and once you enter, a calm atmosphere spreads out. The interior is neat and clean, with not only counters and tables but also semi-private seating that is very practical. The staff's movements are graceful, and their cooking skills are impressive, making it pleasant to watch. The chicken tartare and white liver sashimi are fresh, and they pair well with egg yolk, sesame oil, salt, and a gently sweet soy sauce. The grilled chicken neck and sashimi and baked turban shell are also fragrant, and all dishes provide a sense of satisfaction. The crunchy ume crystal and pork skewers wrapped in pickled ginger are a perfect match, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed time at the counter even alone.
