In a small, calming atmosphere, the shop has a counter and tables. They cook right in front of you, serving hot dishes on sizzling iron plates, so you can enjoy them piping hot until the end. The batter has a fluffy, melting texture, and the squid and shrimp are tender, with plenty of green onions providing a pleasant crunch. The mix is accented with mustard mayo, which pairs well with the aroma of bonito flakes. The grilled dish featuring shiso leaves and cheese includes eggs, and the refreshing scent complements it perfectly. I appreciated their attention to the timing of the service, and it paired wonderfully with beer and highballs.
