The interior is spacious with depth, and the aroma of charcoal is pleasant. The beef tongue, when quickly grilled and wrapped with green onion and salt, has a perfect balance of flavor. The thick short ribs are very satisfying when cut with scissors and eaten. The skirt steak is tender, and when paired with a sauce that has a gochujang flavor, it becomes even more delicious. The horse meat yukhoe is irresistibly tasty when eaten with egg yolk and cucumber. To top it off, you can enjoy a bowl of beef bone soup, and the smoke management is well done, making it a comfortable place to spend time.
