The dishes are carefully prepared using local ingredients, and it’s exciting from the very beginning. The sashimi platter is visually appealing, and the pleasant texture of the octopus and the fragrant lightly grilled amberjack are impressive. The grated wasabi pairs well with the sweet soy sauce, and they can provide a different soy sauce upon request. The menu items that you grill yourself on a shichirin are fun, and you can really taste the umami of the chicken and the small fish called kibinago. The chilled tomato with ponzu jelly and the salted innards of sea bream offer inventive flavors that enhance the enjoyment of the drinks. The space has a counter and a raised area, creating a relaxing atmosphere where you can leisurely enjoy your meal and drinks.
