Okinawan cuisine in Shimokitazawa! Champuru] The first restaurant in Shimokita was not open at the main hormone restaurant, We sat in a tatami room in the back of the restaurant. What did you order? Goya Chanpuru - 380 yen / Umibudou - 600 yen / Goya Tempura - 650 yen Crispy pork 600 yen Vinegared mozuku as a side dish This was just the third restaurant, so the taste was soothing. Next, we will continue with Okinawan cuisine. First, umi budou (sea grapes). The crunchy texture of these grapes is irresistible, and they are dipped in a special sauce to refresh them. The specialty goya chanpuru is simply flavored with only goya and eggs with half the bitterness. If you eat it once in a while, you will understand why you are addicted to it. Lastly, crispy pork. The crispy grilled pork is simply served as it is. It has just the right amount of saltiness to it, and the sake goes well with it. Thank you very much! I will go back again!
