The appearance is modest and resembles a hideaway, and it is a style where you visit by reservation. The service is left to the chef, and there is guidance on how to eat, which is reassuring. When you quickly grill the thinly sliced meat and pair it with ponzu sauce, the aroma is enhanced. The tongue and heart are refreshing with salt and lemon, allowing you to fully appreciate the umami. The tenderloin and red meat are melt-in-your-mouth soft, and the more you chew, the more the meat juices spread. In addition to homemade kimchi and namul, you can also enjoy seasonal soups, leaving you completely satisfied until the end.
