The mini tuna bowl that was brought to me first was filled with thick slices of red meat, and I couldn't help but be captivated by its appearance. The combination of rice and tuna is outstanding, and I feel happiness with every bite. The salt-based champon is piled high with vegetables, and the flavor of the pork belly melts into the soup, giving me energy. The black soup ramen is lighter than it looks, and the chewy texture of the medium-thin straight noodles is enjoyable. The offal stew that arrived with it was tender and free of any unpleasant smell, with the richness of the miso deeply infused, which was impressive. The menu is very diverse, so it's nice to be able to choose according to my mood for the day.
