Upon entering the calm, folk-art styled interior, the dim lighting feels cozy like a mountain lodge. There is a service that allows you to choose the firmness of the noodles, which is great because you can order according to your preference. The cold grated soba is chilled with cold water, giving it a strong texture, and it has a slight acidity that makes it refreshing. You can enjoy changing the flavor with tempura bits and lemon, so the deliciousness expands multiple times with just one bowl. The egg-topped rice bowl is hearty, and the crispy tempura bits and cutlet pair well with the broth, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. Even the small side dishes that come with the set meal are carefully prepared, providing a high level of satisfaction, and after the meal, I felt a sense of relief.
