The interior is new and bright, making it very comfortable. The red vinegar sushi rice has a pleasant aroma, just the right amount of stickiness, and is at the perfect temperature. The tuna seems to be their specialty, with a rich flavor that pairs excellently with the rice. The bowl comes with miso soup and seaweed, and the simmered kanpyo adds a nice accent. You can easily change the flavor with the broth from the pot, making it enjoyable to eat until the end. You can also have thick omelet, small side dishes, and brown sugar jelly, which adds to the satisfaction.
