My favorite soba restaurant in Tokyo 《Honmuraan》🧡. It's a bit far from here, so I have to go all the way, I was told by a buckwheat noodle lover that the aroma of the buckwheat noodles and the freshness of the noodles are absolutely outstanding 🤤✨✨. The "Toridango" is also great 😍 This time, I tried to save the soba so as not to eat too much, I even had the "Soba Zenzai" for dessert, and from the moment I ate it, I was glad I ordered it: ‼️🤤! I've been hoarding photos and haven't posted in a while, so my brain is in Honmuraan mode again 🤯.

Tokyo Ogikubo Repeat. Waiting for an hour because I didn't have an appointment on a holiday. Sweat A la carte Tororo soba Shrimp and vegetable tempura Eggs grilled on a thick slab of hot egg Shin-ko (Japanese pickles) After all, we had a hard time deciding what to order, but we decided on the same order as last time. LOL! I knew this place was good. It is calm and relaxing.

Tokyo Ogikubo First visit to Ogikubo, having heard that it is very popular and crowded even on weekdays. The place was packed with ladies and gentlemen! Good thing I made a reservation. Soba house like Kyoto, the space and atmosphere are relaxing. A la carte Tororo soba Shrimp and vegetable tempura Thickly fried egg Shin-ko (Japanese pickles) I thought the amount of soba alone might not be enough. But it was perfect for us who ended up ordering a variety of a la carte dishes. Next time, I would like to come back for the soba with grated nameko mushrooms,

I have always loved this restaurant. I am glad to see that the amount of soba noodles has increased and the prawn tempura is also delicious. I am also impressed by the thoughtfulness of the old-fashioned waitstaff! I am very impressed.
