The atmosphere is bright and welcoming in the shopping street. When you take a seat, they greet you with a smile, making it a pleasant experience. The okonomiyaki is light and fluffy, with a strong flavor of pork, squid, and shrimp. The yakisoba noodles are chewy, providing satisfaction with every bite. I was taught to dip the grilled udon in beaten egg, which gave it a creamy and addictive taste. There are many snacks like lotus root cheese, grilled squid tentacles, and rolled omelet, all of which offer enjoyable variations in texture and flavor.
