First, the liver pâté appetizer had a melting texture, and spreading it on bread instantly made me happy. The salad with homemade dressing enhanced the umami of the vegetables, and I couldn't stop using my fork. The cream pasta, which changes with the seasons, had a deep richness from the oysters and spinach, and I savored every bit of the sauce. The Neapolitan pasta with bacon combined nostalgia and novelty, and the aroma clinging to the noodles was irresistible. The roasted lamb with herbs and the pork belly stew with lentils were cooked with care, allowing the meat's umami to be fully appreciated. The finishing touch, a purple sweet potato and apple tart, had a modest sweetness that paired perfectly with coffee after the meal.

The generously portioned green salad comes with a refreshing homemade dressing that makes the leafy greens irresistible. The liver pâté that arrives first is smooth and rich, making it hard to stop spreading it on bread. The pasta mixed with meat sauce features coarsely ground meat and plenty of mushrooms, creating a delightful texture. The cream-based pasta with oysters and spinach has plump oysters that add a nice touch, making me feel happy. The hot pork belly and lentil tomato stew served is enjoyable with the meat's elasticity and the beans' creaminess. For dessert, the 'purple sweet potato, sweet potato, and apple tart' has a gentle sweetness that pairs perfectly with coffee.
