A charming handmade soba restaurant in a traditional kominka
Handmade Soba Sentaro is located in a beautifully renovated historic kominka (traditional house). The owner personally grinds the buckwheat every morning using a large stone mill, allowing you to enjoy fragrant, coarsely ground soba. The restaurant also offers a variety of sake pairings and delicious side dishes, making it a favorite among locals.
