This is a casual and easy-to-enter shop. The energetic owner manages everything by himself and provides detailed explanations of the dishes, so you can order with confidence. The seasonal ingredients are all very fresh, and the kama-toro and sea urchin, in particular, had the best melt-in-your-mouth texture. There is a wide variety of menu items beyond just sushi, such as deep-fried loach and octopus dishes, so you won't get bored. The draft beer is nicely chilled, and when paired with cold sake, you won't be able to stop drinking. I had a wonderful time enjoying delicious sushi and snacks in a spacious and modern interior.
