The grilled pork skewers, whether with sauce or salt, have a wonderful aroma, and the accompanying spicy miso pairs perfectly. Classic menu items like stewed offal, omelets, and yakisoba are also well-prepared and enjoyable. The portion sizes are generous, allowing for a relaxed dining and drinking experience. In addition to the counter and tables, there is also a banquet space on the second floor, and the staff is courteous, making for a pleasant visit.

This is a charming establishment located at the back of the Sanshuya shopping street in Kitakawaguchi. The flavors that have been loved for a long time remain unchanged, and the stewed offal, grilled pork, omelet, and yakisoba are all delicious in their own right. The classic Hois is refreshing, with a strong carbonation that feels pleasant. It's also nice that they add lemon slices with each refill. The interior has a counter and tables, and there is also a spacious area for banquets on the second floor, allowing for a relaxed experience. The hidden alley atmosphere and the friendly interactions with the staff provide a comforting feeling.
